Come along and learn how to nourish and nurture your body with our health expert, Kate Airey.
Starting with a stroll of the Walled Garden you’ll discuss the importance of a locally sourced, organic foods and their effects on your hormone balance, weight, skin and overall wellbeing. Led by Kate she’ll then begin to teach you a mindful approach to nutrition, learning how to create a sustainable nutrient dense diet to help improve your overall energy, health and wellbeing.
The workshop will also focus on your ever-changing mind and body, and tapping into your intuition. Kate will also share a range of breathing techniques that you can use daily to help calm your mind and body.
You’ll leave the workshop with recipe cards and the skills you need to introduce healthy changes into your lifestyle.
