Join us in the New Year for a weekly male Pilates sessions hosted by Kate Airey, focused on core conditioning.
You’ll learn a range of movements helping to improve your posture, muscle tone and develop whole body strength and flexibility. The weekly sessions aim to improve your core strength and stability as you move from one exercise to the next, whilst unwinding your mind and learning tips and trips to become completely relaxed.
The weekly sessions are for males only and suitable for all skill levels, whether you’re an experienced pro or if you’ve never done Pilates before.
