Join Kate Airey, our resident instructor for a calming Pilates session each Tuesday evening.
Kate will teach you how to focus your mind, improve your balance and strengthen your core stability.
Throughout the sessions you’ll learn how to improve your posture and movement whilst learning a variety of stretch and release exercises.
The sessions are suitable for all skill levels, whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced pro.
Sessions to be booked in a 7 week block.
