Join us for an energising yoga session guided by our resident tutor, Millie Lepic. Focusing on Vinyasa Yoga, this is a great way to centre your mind and body.
Millie will focus the 45 minute session on Vinyasa yoga. This method involves synchronising your movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. It can be powerful and full of energy, making it a great way to wake your mind and body in the morning. Sessions run in a six week block.
Attendees to bring their own mats. Please book in advance.
