Join us at The Main House for this beginner's course learning to master the technical art and technique in bread making. Throughout the workshop, our Estate professional chef will guide you through a series of delicious flavoured breads for you to take home.
You'll learn everything from the basics, such as kneading and proving to the more technical, such as learning how to infuse and flavour different styles of dough.
You will be taught three different recipes, including a white cob, fig and caramelized onion focaccia and yoghurt flat bread. After you've made you breads, the group will sit down for a two-course lunch at The Coach House, served with your freshly made yoghurt flat breads.
