In a workshop hosted by wellbeing expert and founder of The Calm Folk, Louise Barkas learn how to introduce calmness into your everyday routine.
Using yoga, stretching, breathing techniques, relaxation methods and mindful games you and your little ones will learn the skills needed to befriend emotions and breathe through every day stressors. Once the workshops over you can then take the skills you’ve learnt and introduce them into your everyday routine.
