Each week our resident instructor, Kate Airey hosts a range of Pilates classes on the estate.
It’s here where you’ll learn how to focus and improve your balance, whilst strengthening your core stability. Each session is suitable for all skill levels, whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced pro.
Kate also teaches Pre and Post Natal Pilates on the estate each week. Pilates during and after birth can be an easy way to ease the aches and pains whilst regaining a strong core and increasing your flexibility. The sessions also create a calming environment for Mums-to-be and new Mums.
This year we’ve also launched core conditioning classes for men. Guided by Kate, each session will demonstrate a range of movements and poses to help you develop your core strength and overall muscle tone and condition.
