With summer upon us, we will be hosting our second wine dinner of the year at Forge, our fine dining restaurant. Open for select evenings of the year, on this occasion our head chef Jake Jones has created a cleverly designed menu to encompass the summer flavours found in the ingredients growing across our land and in our gardens.
Working closely with Ed Simpson, founder of Barrique Fine Wines, the wine for the evening will be from the Northern region of Spain, with individual tasting notes reflecting with the flavours of each of the five courses.

Those looking to stay the night can book to stay in the Main House, which remains the family residence. Here rooms are Georgian with elegant interiors and large windows, overlooking the surrounding estate and parkland.
